Hi Avivah, I would love to join your session on Jan 22, but the Luma link doesn't work. How can I buy a ticket? Femke x

I appreciate the forward thinking for continuing education in late mid-life well into late age. I participate in many programs: webinars, retreats, podcasts, audiobooks, and online seminars, which provide me with a rich sense of personal and intellectual growth.

I am also witnessing that longevity, lifespan, and healthspan are increasing significantly; that real purpose and meaning are expanding as well; and that a greater sense of self-worth is clearly emerging. All good.

But I feel quite alone at this time, trying to have in-depth conversations about the problems and breakdowns that will invariably arise as people grow older. An unfolding future of greater hostility, hatred, disharmony, starvation, poverty, suffering, and the untoward and worsening issues of an expanding and deepening ageism. Living into that future will thwart any contribution provided by continuing education.

From my perspective, envisioning and leading a future that generates greater humanity, peace, and equanimity should be added to the curriculum.

P.S. I know some people, including myself, who would love to lead this course. “Having the World Work” 101.
